my buddy who's got a couple high end ones says ones of that power can melt shit and are pretty much illegal...he's got a high powered hand one (can shoot across english bay, you can see the beam, etc.) his is <5mW.

My lazer runs off of a Ionic-Quantim Overdrive Power supply. It runs a little over One Bizillion mW
It can shoot through walls and melts metal within 30seconds.
I just dont use it anymore, so Im willing to sell it off at around $50,000,000.

I'm going to use it with my high powered telescope and use it as a better spotter instead of the one I have. So ya I need a high powered laser one that you'd be able to see the beam on a clear night..... they normally in the power ranges of 50mW to 100mW .

amatuer astronomy..... I have a 600 dollar telescope..... the thing is to big to be aiming towards ppl's windows..... But seriously the laser would be used precisely so I can track the movement of objects...... (planets, comets, international space station, satellites, and stars....
