WHAT AN AWESOME GAME? they scared the shit out of me in the last few minutes of the game, sorta sucks for brazil too bad they didnt play like that all game :(

PS Anyone know of any bars or places downtown where french supporters go? I picked up my new france jersey today and im booking wednesday off work to go and watch the game :)

On the eve of the final, my confession: I'll be going for France on Sunday.

In the group stages, I was laughing at them.. in their last group game I was cheering for Togo. But a funny thing happened after that.. they were excellent against Spain, who I thought were going to contend this year. And then the match against Brazil.. and I was a convert. Watching Zidane effortlessly flick the ball over a stumbling Ronaldo was a tournament highlight for me. Not having to hear any more samba-ing in London was also positive.

Can't say I'll be stresssed either way, but I will favour France tomorrow. Shocking :-o

I'm sorry Kenji but i'm with C_squared on this one I totally think he's a loser.

A huge component of any sport for me is sportsmanship and that was totally unnecessary and pathetic.
I think it really says a whole lot about his character since he not only disrespected Italy but his own team as well.

He seemed sure that he wasn't going to get a red card

Are you seriously trying to excuse what he did? It takes a complete lack of class to pull something so unsportsmanlike in such an important game, especially when the rest of your team has worked so hard and are counting on you. He decided to go out with a big stupid bang.
