omg, so when i did my taxes this year it said i didnt qualify for the gst rebate...apparenltly i do, and on the week im so broke i didnt know how i was going to get gas in my car!!!

agreed, pay day is this friday, but after setting aside money for contents insurance, and variouso ther kitchen store trips, ikea, rona, etc. gettign new place set up, the $90 whatever is a great treat right now haha.

$104 right before you're about to move isn't bad at all.. plus an unexpected $320 income tax return after already getting $240ish back is even better! Now if only my boss would pay me on time. .

i wasnt supposed to get any cause i made too much last year...or so i thought...so instead of the 90 last year its done to 56...but im still not complaining

come doing your next incometax next year..... you are also going to be getting a return back because harper lowered the tax on july 1st.... however we have been paying 7% tax for 6 months..... so ya.... another nice return!!!

I'm still trying to figure out why I got a second income tax cheque as well. I received all I was entitled to right away.

weird. they did almost the same thing to me.

when i did my taxes, it told me i wasn't eligible.. and then on friday i got a letter say i was for about $90.. but i didn't actually get a gst return for july. :( i could totally use it right now too. boourns.

Yes, it was quite a nice surprise.

$58, payed for my recent purchase of FF4 :p and then some.

I never keep track of when these things are supposed to come in the mail, so whenever they arrive I'm like "AWESOME".

I haven't done my taxes in 3 years but am working on them right now and I was wondering if you get retropay for the GST return?, somoene told me that you do but im not sure. It would definatly be a nice surpise!

Because I was commonlaw with my last g/f for over 3 years (bad idea folks!) I now apparently OWE the government $533, which means im not getting a gst rebate for a while. Fuckin sucks considering that I really needed that $$. BASTARDS!!
