how are you keeping yourself cool?

that sucked

now sitting at home and actually its not nearly as hot. NO A/C by the way i think i'm just used to the heat

staying in the pool for as long as possible. as soon as i step out of the pool, it is instantly too hot again. it was at least 36 in the shade today in chilliwack. i should have been working, but it was too hot outside to work.

Pretty much no way to escape the heat. Only AC i see is if i hang out in the grocery store. There is 4 hr cooldown period between 2am and 6am.

Gelato and beer helps.

My work has AC but as soon as I stepped out the door I was cooking, I try to stay calm, have a fan on me, drink something cold, or eat something cold, have a nice shower so that my hair is wet for a little bit... you get the picture

today i took a hand towell and ran it under really cold water and rang it out then drapped it over my self all day. works so well...just keep moving it around and keep running it under water every hour or so...ahhhh
