Just watching the news for 5 minutes there was an ad for a furniture store with the slogan "got wood?" dripping in some liquid.. polish i'm assuming now.. well it was pretty much people talking how much they love wood and stroking tables.

Next, the news program does a topic this ad:

and to top it off, as i'm writing this, theres a kid with my name wetting his diapers on an ad

hahaah! ya man, tv is lame.

I never watch it, just download stuff. When ever I go to my boyfriends mom's place and the tv is on I get sucked in. Not the same way I did when I was a kid, but more so my brain tries to analize (sp?) everything and totally can't because tv is so stupid!

at the place I used to work at we'd have CNN on the TV in the background and that flippin' ad was on ALL THE TIME. it was bizzare, it'd flip back and forth between normal US network advertising (which has a surprising amount of ads for prescription meds)and then suddenly the mumbling would be shattered by "HEAD ON! APPLY DIRECTLY TO FOREHEAD! HEAD ON!"
