i've been working out for 6 days a week for the past 6 weeks and not one girl has come up to me and said "ohhh you're soooooooooo hot! you're not fat or skinny, or look like a juice monkey! let's fuck!!!"
it kinda makes me wonder why the hell i even try. trying is the first step towards failure! |

You should do one major muscle group a day for a minimum of one hour if you really want to get people noticing how big you're getting.
For example: Day 1 (Monday) Shoulders; ex #1) seated dumbell shoulder press or hammer strenght machine for shoulders, ex #2) shrugs, ex #3) dumbell raises, ex #4) spills (take a dumbell in each arm and lift it to the side in the motion of spilling water from a bucket) forgot the name of the exercise ex #5) row machine or seated barbell press behind the neck. Also do abs every day for a minimum of 15 mins. and do 15 mins. minimum of cardio. If done all exercises properly you should be so sore and within weeks you should notice extreme changes. Do 5 sets of every exercise and 10 reps. |

I think guys who go to the gym on a regular basis and keep in shape are hot because it shows that they have respect for their body, I don't like when they go too big though because then it's a turn off, it's a fine balance of both. I also LOVE when guys wear pink shirts

I have a american eagle shirt that color but I grew out of it, I liked it alot and most girl's found it hot. Guys always made fun of it, but that didn't bug me one bit. As long as a girl likes it that's all that matters.

girls that would throw themselves at your feet and give you a quikie on the spot are usually skeezer's anyway.... keep it up. It took two months of training before other people started noticing i was gaining mass. Every other time I worked out I would get discouraged after a month or so without any big results. Besides , the gym is a great place to meat good girls.

I go at 6am, after work ....not alot of people there. The girls that are there are the super fit , super hot , out of my league hard core gym girls. I talked to a couple of them ...and they're strippers. I love when they get the big rubber excercise balls and roll around on them right in front of you. Now thats inspiration!
