My great aunts neighbour used to have a whole whacklaod of animals for movies. They had a kodiak grizzly.

Sitting on it's bum, it's taller then me (i'm just under 6'1) by a foot and a bit. It plays with garbage cans full of sand.

holy fuck, that would be a close fight. The bear has got some massive weight behind it, but the lion is more agile.

that's what I'm talking about.. I had the butt of a 7mm pressed to my shoulder and I was almost sweating.. one swipe of that paw and I can guarantee the lion's ribs would puncture its lungs.

let's put it this way, leah... after we shot the bear (two of us, two shots to the chest each) it still kept coming until I shot it a fifth time. Then the three of us tried to roll it over to put straps on it so we could get it into the back of the truck, and we couldn't do it.
