this......is....pretty much exactly what i do during trips to southamerica.right town to meeting some of the matse's wich are NOT for the faint of heart.

i was really impressed by this. esp since i have met and personally work with alot of the people on this film. alan shoemaker is a american buisnessman who pretty has the 'city' tourist aya network on lock.....hilarious to see him.

im returng next summer for a third time. and perhaps be guiding a group down too....

yeah but still....i figure that if someone on this board watches this, finds it interesting, and it leads them to adventure down there to try traditional healing methods and comes away with a positive, spiritual and psycological breakthrough then its well worth it. these things are tremendously important, there is a reason aya is blowing up huge right now.far too people who live in the construct of our robotic consumerist soceity are being spiritually drained and depleted. the damn is about to burst. there is about to be a fucking FLOOD of books,articles,doco's all sorts of info is about to be put out there. there is another amazing doco that a crew from canada is putting out in a few weeks, there in the final stages of editing. last i heard the project has been aproved for cbc so we shall see what happens.

oh, and i dont know what in the fuck is going on with alan and that stinging nettle bit. ive met alan a number of times and we chat online,hes the guy that organizes the conference. anyway,thats the first i have ever heard of something like that...i think thats his own personal thing he dose...but still wtf?ha

anyways thats enough...i tend to ramble on a bit to much about this topic....
