How do you get to worlds 4 and 7. I beat the game, but I can't seem to figure out how to get to those worlds! Little help?

world 4 - you have to beat the boss in the last castle of world 2 as mini mario.

i think its the same for world 7, although i used the secret exit from the World 4 Ghost House

try and save your gold coins, you can buy different skins once you've beaten the game (in world 1)

no way man. you guys are just hating on the short fat guy. mario's wayyy cool. I still haven't beaten the last world. I get to the part that loops over and over again in the big castle. What happens after that?!

you need to run in the right pattern, ie: taking top, middle, bottom route.. dont' remember what the pattern was though, but it makes a sounds when you get it right. you have to get it right 2 or 3 times in a row before you get to a door, so if you mess up in the middle you have to start from the beginning.

Don't quite recalls when happens afterwards, but i'm sure it at or close to the end of the game.

I never understood why it's called Super MARIO Bros, which would indicate that MARIO is their last name. But if Mario and Luigi are their first names and let's say Rigatoni was their last name, then wouldn't it be the Super Rigatoni Bros? On that note, what is thier last name?

And what is Princess Toadstool's first name? It's not Princess is it? And why is Toad named Toad, when he's not even a frog?

Well, originally mario wasn't mario at all. He was jumpman when he was in the game Donkey Kong. but when nintendo released him in america they needed to give him a more marketable name. So they called him mario. Then when the NES came out, they wanted 2 player action so they kept the marketable name (mario) and made them brothers. hence the mario brothers. i'm sure at that point they didn't care about the details of the family tree.

Super Mario Brothers came along with the NES sequel where you adventured through worlds riddled with bottomless pits that you had to jump over and pipes you could climb into (rather than jumping from platform to platform) like in the original mario bros (which was really a hybrid of the original donkey kong).

This kind of stuff happens. The hit game "tetris attack" was called Panel de pon in Japan. But they changed the name for americans and put yoshi on the forefront. go figure. the game isn't even anything close to 'tetris'

.... aaaaaand if you ever watched the cartoon/live action show thier names are:

Mario Mario
Luigi Mario

Hence.. Mario Brothers.

LOL I couldn't figure this one out but THEN I turned up the volume and it was all so clear as to what i had been missing lol.

Anyone play the Mario Kart for DS? Comments?

I loved SNES Kart and then the Gamecube one rocked my socks, so I'm hoping this one follows the tradition of ass kicking gaming.

yea, well I work alone so it doesn't really matter what i do as long as i keep everything clean and keep sales up :).... I really do love my job :)
