Tribes 2 to See Rerelease

Previously announced by Sierra in an effort to add a new single-player dimension to the game, Tribes 2: Fast Attack was recently cancelled and will be replaced with a bolstered rerelease of the original Tribes 2.
Set to retail for a mere $10 US, this new edition of the game will include all previous patches released to date -- including a final update that will clear all remaining technical problems as well as ease the creation and facilitation of mods.

A total of 28 new maps will be added, including 10 redone maps from the original Tribes, 13 for the challenging Comp Mod, and 5 new environments for Team Rabbit 2. Current fans of Tribes 2 can download the patch for free when the rerelease hits the market in late September.

i bet my buddy will love that...he's big into tribes 2. these people even have their own forums for every clan. the game is fucking huge...i tried playing him and he just kept kicking my ass.
having a one player mode would definately make it easier to learn how to play.
