Its coming out this October, i will be purchasing a PS3 simply so i can play this game.

Its supposed to be a real step up from GTA san andreas, hopefully theres a diverse range of activities/missions other then just straight blappin fools.

This game is exactly how I perceive the world... only I've been asked to stop blowing up the elderly with rocket launchers.

A lil late on the thread dont u think Sean. Trailer came out like over a month ago haha just buggin dude. You really want to buy a PS3 just for this game. I think ill just play it on the 360 until the PS3 really gets some good games homie.

i don't think that there will be any difference in gameplay b/w PS3 and 360. can't wait for this game,,, san andreas is still one of the best video games i've ever played.

saints row was fun.. but it doesnt touch the GTA series.

Anyone else pissed that you won't be able to fly planes or helicopters in GTA4? Seems like a step backwards in the franchise. They'd better still have the jetpack for flying around but I doubt it.

I'm more pumped for Halo 3. The public beta vids are on Youtube and the online play looks intense. Tonnes of weapons at your disposal plus the physics look great.

Does PS3 even have online play yet? They are missing out on the growing community 360 has. Tonnes of updates and great online play.

gta4 delayed at least 6 months, possibly due to difficulty developing for ps3. x360 version held up due to contractual obligations of a multi-console simultaneous release. all over the game news sites!

on a side note, developers QUICKLY dropping ps3 exclusivity due to lack of installed base. cant make any money when no one has the console!
360 welcomes mgs4,re5,dmc4,katamari :)
