The poll was only about low brow comedy. It was also to prove to David that Austin Powers was not the best low brow comedy and that he needs to be educated in other movies out there.

why the fuck does everyone think Anchorman was so funny? I actually had to stop watching it......it was so lame and try-hard funny....Will Ferrell had a few moments in it but the rest was just not funny.....Only Talladega Nights beats it for being full of stupid, try-hard humour.......Some movies are really dumb (see Zoolander), but manage to be funny.....Will Ferrell's used up all his stupid-funny....his new movies just suck now

i never said that these vices werent underlined. it's what makes the joke that much sweeter. exploring the shit vices of the world through humor. as much as i think people are stupid i doubt that most don't catch what's being said between the lines. the delivery is cheap, the reaction is not in vain, everyone gets the joke. let's get serious about comedy for a second. :nuts:
