whoa 6th prestige, i just unlocked prestige does it get easier to level up afterwards or something cuz it took me like 2 days of gameplay to unlock prestige the first time. I usually play groundwar or headquarters matches

yeh if you do all the challenges and stuff. If you get a party of good players and play domination you can get 40-60 kills in one match so you'll complete marksman III pretty quick. Also if you have really good search and destroy matches you can get 600-1500 XP in on match. I started 6th and i was at rank 30 pretty quick. It's from 40-55 that takes awhile.

good HQ matches with a completed challenge or 2 gets you about 900-1300xp
im level 32 in the first prestige but i've only been playing for 3 days... and a lot of the matches were sabotage

I dont set out to do challenges but i usually get a dozen down everytime I play.

the craziest challange for me is getting the 2 streak kill in mid air, how the fuck am i supposed to do that.

Can someone tell me what the purpose of levelling up is?

do you get better guns? easier to kill people? or?

^^go to a 2 or 3 story building and when you see 2 guys really close together cook a grenade and toss it at them then jump off the building and hope that the nade gets them

^levelling up unlocks new guns and challenges but when you prestige it takes it all away. the only thing you get in return is a different rank pic, and later on you can get golden guns (which arent anything special). some people get to level 55 and never prestige.

Yeh the 2 person in the air thing is hard. I did the brink challenge the other day. I got stunned going into the computer area on Vacant and there were three mofo's all crouched by the door who got sprayed.

Doing prestige doesn't really do anything except forcing you to use certain guns making you better at them. They also say that for lvl 10 prestige you will be able to attach more perks when they patch the game. So far nothing happens when u get to lvl10rank55. They also might add on 10 more prestige levels that eventually give you extra perks.

Wow, that sounds great! I would like to hope that you'de get something for reaching lvl10rank55... besides the golden cross. I can say though that having to use the M16 all over again has made me much better with it. I used to hate the 3 round burst.

SO... I get home from work today, lounge around for a bit and then decide to play some COD. What happens when I turn on my Xbox? 3 red rings. Fuck. I've had the system since March of last year. Are there any tricks that I should try before I send it in?

I love the M16, the 3 round burst usually drops em on one hit and its accurate as fuck. its a toss up between that and the M14

I do have the best success with that gun at medium and long range, without a doubt. I do like the M14 at the same distance with the red dot but I think I prefer the M4.

I love the P90 but I feel like a cheater using that gun. It's way too good.

Christ I forgot all about that gun. I loved it when I first got it and then I got the G36C which is an assault rifle I believe but none the less... I forgot about the 74u fairly quickly.

M4 carbine is the shit. that with bandolier and sleight of hand.

My xbox tag is MrEktion and I play a little every night.

As long as you are paying attention to your challenges you definitely level up faster.
