This is a tricky one to predict

We've got the good:

Christian Bale
Helena Bonham Carter
Josh Brolin
Bryce Dallas Howard (decent)

And the bad:

It's a 4TH movie (this doesn't necessarily doom it though)
No James Cameron
The writers of T3 & Catwoman
And the dealbreaker, the director: McG. Yes, that is his name. McG. The mastermind behind such modern classics as Charlies Angels, and Charlies Angels: Full Throttle.

So basically, good actors aside, this movie's chances aren't looking good. Let's hope the tools behind this have aspirations to live up to James Cameron's original movies and maybe pull something half decent together. I'm not holding my breath though.

Have you seen The Prestige? American Psycho? 3:10 To Yuma? The New World? Shaft? I'm Not There? Empire of the Sun? He's got about 10 other movies I havent seen that are probably just as good. And of course, Newsies.

He's actually a very different character in every one of those movies too.

The guy's British and most people think he's American cuz he's that convincing in his American roles. He even does a lot of interviews with an American accent and no one notices.
