No, once upon in China is its own trilogy, it was recently re released and can be found in pretty much any video rental place, I highly reccomend it.

Yup, Hero is indeed out on DVD. I don't have a copy, but my friend just came back from Shanghai. Not sure if he brought it back with him, but if he did, I'll borrow it and bring it to Van with me on reading break. :) Not too sure if it has English subtitles though...you might have to wait a bit for that to be released.
