hey computer people can you help me out?

i have a couple of avi vids which i recorded with my digital camera, the only problem is i can't view them because i don't have a working mjpg codec, i downloaded a couple but both fo them didn't work....can any of you guys help me out.

sspecifically tim, how did you get your videos to work?

My vids are captured using a Fuji 4700 and I found that using Quicktime to view the AVI's works best without the need of special codecs.

if you use the latest version of windows media player it'll sometimes automatically download the correct codec that you need

get newest version of divx as well as the latest versions of microsoft media player and realplayer...

check your cam's user manual and see what type of encoding is used for your videos

try the vorbis ogg codec, and the xvid codec

there is no way a digital camera is encoding into divx, xvid or compressing the sound into ogg vorbis, morons.
