CS + binds = cheating?¿

are binds really cheating? some say ya, others no. personally I don't feel like a cheater, and ya, i'll use them anyway. Sure they're a def advantage! But what do you think? I think people are just bitter because i knife them all the time.

binds are definately reducing the fun for other players, based on something that isnt a skill, so i'd say it was cheating.

this is why i only play on priv servers and at lan parties, because i know everyone is playing fair and the game's fun.

binds are def not cheating. anyone can do them and they dont give you anything like unlimited health or armor or anything, they're just a quicker way to do things. anyone can set binds with ease and they're not unknown, so how are they cheating?

Personally i think binds are indeed a form of cheating. Anything that gives an advantage is considered cheating. But on another hand i dont think binds make that big of a difference and isnt a serious case.

im not saying people using binds should be banned from servers, just that it's too bad they need to exploit the game to such a degree to give themselves a small advantage.

Binds do make a difference. Ie: dust1. If it takes you 2 seconds to buy ALL your equipment from a ct stand point, and the t's all have binds, they will reach the site before you can get there. So yes there is a huge advantage. LOL esp with my iceworld binds. But then on the other hand yes /bind is a actual command. Why would they put it in if it weren't intended to be used? And personaly I do think scripting binds is a skill.

its a 100mb mob pack that reskins all the guns, characters, and a few levels. new sounds, reloads, ect.. pretty sick too. it adds a whole new spin to the game really, better crosshairs too. sadly on older pc's it lags a bit, but if ur machine is up to it. fusion mod pack v10.

maybe there is things in cs that would make that cheap... but i use binds in sof2. what's the matter with using say t for shotty instead of the 3 or something.

i'll take on anyone one on one, or team vs team lol.
and for thoes really hard core l2337 players, binds are/can be a type of script. For example when playing fy_iceworld when i get to the middle of the map i push "c" and it auto buys a sig, ammo, armor, 2 flashes, a nade, a deagle, ammo, and then automaticly switches to the nade and throws it. ok ya, the auto throw is kinda cheap i admit that, but shit, it's iceworld come on. Who really takes iceworld seriously?!?! Anyway i'm usually in xiphoid server 216.254.61.253:27015 it's a local server, and i usually average between 35 to 45 ping. You can usually find me there. Anyone can bring it on any time! i'll rape. lol someone should host a huge lan party.....either that or my buddy ownes a caffe, and if i talk to him he could hook up a private lan party....

snyx: wouldn't anything that 'tightens' a deagle shot be cheating? skins and stuff that's all normal, but how would it tighten a shot? i only play at lan cafe's anywayz, don't have a comp yet.
