For those who don't know..


its a collection of 9 or so short animations, all by various animators, surrounding the matrix.

It provides a history of the conflict between man and the machines, and how the matrix eventually came about, as well as various other stories of people in the matrix, breaking out of the matrix, etc. Kind of a 1000 stories of springfield sorta thing (except not linked together in the same way)

Some of the nicest animation I have EVER seen too.

There's one episode, by the team that did Aeon Flux, where this rogue group of humans stun a couple sentinels, and hook them up to their own little psychadellamatrix, that looks EXACTLY like where you go when you smoke DMT :)

It provides some really good insight, as well as background info into the world of the matrix.

I downloaded and watched "final flight of the Orsirus" the other day.......all I have to say is .........DAYYUMM!.

can't wait for the DVD...

I have 4 shorts of it. Is fligh tof the posiris all the shorts combined into one film, or a completely different cartoon explaining the matrix. I loved the 4 i watched, but i'm still as confused as ever since they jump such giant leaps of time in between episodes.

someone please explain. I'm totally into the matrix, i watched the first one religiously and HAVE to understand all these animated episodes before i go see Reloaded. I'm jonesing here!!

it's probably the most accurate rendition of a DMT trip that I've ever seen.

i like how the stories give u pieces of the puzzle and explain how the matrix came to b. good job to them all.

I know Squaresoft did one (Flight of the Osiris) and from reading this thread I now know the animator of Aeon Flux (I love that show) made one.

Is there like a list of sorts of who made what?
