Azumi (Japanese)
anyone into japanese flicks?
some of you may have watched the popular stuff that's come out like ringu which is supposed to be scary... and Ju On which is going to be re-made as a hollywood flick, or battale royale. there's a movie i wanna catch called Azumi, a type of kill bill movie starring a female who kicks uber ass.  directed by Ryuhei Kitamura

man.. i dunno if vampire killer gurl will do good in it...
but i think they're gonna mess it up like what they did with ringu... put a freakin horse into the movie hahahaha... then again both the ju on and both the ju on 2 (there's 4 in total) are kinda messed up in terms of the timing of each event that's suppposed to connect to everything else.. e_boy hahaha ya sure.. we can have like a party and shit. horror nite

I'd love to.. not just the horror flicks but even the romantic comedies but I'm no longer in touch with that culture so I don't quite know what to look for. There's a japanese video store nearby my house so I would appreciate recommendations...

romantic comedies, hey? I heard there is a series called LOVE 2000. or something. I never wanted to watch it, but my friend likes it. I like the opening theme. As for horror, I'm the one to talk to. ;) There's Ju-on, Ringu, and Koroshiya Ichi, and Battle Royale. I mostly watch anime so I'm not really one to ask about Japanese films :D I just know about the popular ones... haha~
