Tobey Maguire has ONE facial expresson. I don't understand WHY they cast him as Peter Parker. Some people probably disagree, but, ONE FACIAL EXPRESSION!!!!!!

I liked the movie though :D

YES! i've been trying to explain that about toby for so long to people but couldn't find the words.. he does have ONE facial expression.. i can't tell whether he is peter parker doing a science exam, or that jockey in sea biscuit riding a horse...its sorta like a weird thing he does with his mouth thats sorta like mehh , or DUIIIIII.. sorta like duckface

either way spiderman 2 looks so good, i thought X2 was better then the first xmen, well see about this one

same here, i'll prolly wait until the dvd to see it.. i don't understand why the first one was like movie of the fucking century with enourmous 100 dollar boxed sets... the movie kinda blew ass... Maybe the 2nd is better?

Bruce Campbell's cameo was great. Did you guys catch Stan The Man?

I enjoyed it. I'm a big fan of Raimi's action sequence style, so this movie pleased me very much.

some of the action scenes were really dope like the train.. Dr.oct was insane when he went nuts. loved the claws...

i do have to admit i was trying not to laugh, watching that dork toby run off then turn into spiderman or him trying to express emotions with his emotionless face

However, I do agree, I would have liked to see a new face to Hollywood play MJ rather than Kristen Dunst... I think she sucks in this roll..

as a movie go-er i was happy with my purchase, the movie kept me entertained altho there was quite a bit of cheese (definately not as much as punisher tho). action sequences were pretty good and humour wasnt too bad

BUT

as a spiderman geek i was fuckin pissed off.......in the first movie i was quite pissed that he had biological webslingers instead of the ones he actually created. in this movie, the whole revealing his identity really ticked me off. i dont understand how stan lee can just sit there and watch these people destroy what he came up with in the comics (altho hes bringing in the coin by the truckload).

anyone catch on to the future villains they introduced (other than hobgoblin of course)

if you didnt, doctor conners (peters proffessor) is "the lizard", and altho eddie brock wasnt introduced the whole moon mission was, thus implying that "venom" will eventually appear.

i'll still go see #3, but if they fuck up like they have so far i'm stickin to the comics

One of the things that bugged me most about the first movie was the fact that Mary Jane wasn't Mary Jane at all save for the red hair.

They took Gwen Stacey and made her into Mary Jane, which sadly made it so that Spidey didn't have such a much more tragic downfall at the bridge in the first movie (He doesn't actually save Gwen, he saves everybody else, webs Gwen and Gwen breaks her neck... end of Girlfriend #1). But they didn't even have any "Go get 'em tiger"s. That irked me a lot.

I cheered when she said it in this one. So I'll have to pile this one up to If You Don't Want To Hear Stuff Like Go Get Em Tiger Don't Go To See Spiderman.
