lol made this since the last thread was made before anyone saw it

saw it last night. fuck i want a refund. i mean sure great direction and production, but what the fuck did i just watch? sure its cool to build a movie up to be something, then have it be something totally different.........BUT when you change the genre half way through the movie it kinda pisses me off

k if you happened to pop in this thread and havent seen it.......and dont wanna know what goes on, stop reading now





why couldnt they have waited to tell us that the "creatures" were fake, i mean the whole scene in the forest would have been so much better! i kept on hoping (before we knew) that they'd show more and have some more screams, but then gave up after the reveal............and when she gets out of the woods? what kind of chances do you have that someone (who isnt going to tell any normal person about some crazy blind woman who came out of the sanctuary that is supposed to have no human contact) drive by who has immediate access to med's? m shyamalan character was even weak, sure just read the paper while i open this fridge........

all in all, sure for the first 45 mins theres some scenes that'll make you jump, but dont go expecting to be entertained

I agree man. I think we should all go to our respective theaters and ask for our money back, because wow, did we ever get robbed. I jumped two times through the whole movie and that's all the excitement I got from it.

One part that was really messed up was the stabbing! I just don't like that kind of stuff. Normally only real videos of tha stuff bug me, but for some reason that whole scene really got to me.

i totally agree. i already bitched on the other thread, but here is some more.

i don't even think this had that great of direction as his other films. he made the movie just seem waaaaaay too serious. i mean sure, all his movies have this quiet solemn feel to them, but usually it's for a reason. this one just made me want to yell "will someone lighten up already!?!".

the stabbing was good. i liked that part. it was pretty shocking.

i think M. Night Shyamalan peaked waaaaay to early as a director and now he's all cocky and is like i can make such good films...but really all he can make now is really good trailers it seems.

maybe he should just make trailers for a living.

As for this movie sucking - sorry guys, but HE IS A BAD DIRECTOR. Only the sixth sense was watchable, and even then only because it had a good plot twist at the end.
