You think that a substance that has yet to kill a single human from overdose in the history of it's existence , is at the same level as heroine in many countries for illegality and penalties ... it's not so much a question of "let's all get ripped" or "free the weed". Simply in the year 2004 I'd expect the human race to have progressed far further then this.
It's a matter of civil liberties.

Oh man Myra you judged a book before even opening the first page. I have put much energy towards many meaningful causes. I have attended over 20 protests and demonstrations for issues ranging from clear cutting BC forests, to getting the US out of Iraq. I'm spoken at several University debates on the neccesity for the acceptance of all cultures, the diversity of ethnic backgrounds in canada, and womens rights.
I've donated time to Greenpeace, and Unicef , although I'm not completely in favour of either of those organizations.
I also do a lot of free animation and web design for the best information source on the net gnn.tv . And yes on top of all that I believe in the legalization of marijuana.
