wellllll watching the japanese ones doesn't mean crap, since for the sequel they threw out the entire japanese storyline and wrote their own original sequel.

but thanks for the sharing.

and about The Grudge: no, it wasn't that good...it was just okay. kinda freaky at some parts, makes you jump a bit, but it made hardly any sense and the acting was only bearable.

I've watched the Ring 1-3 in Japan, if they thro off the story line then that might be ok...Heres a fun fact, The Ring(Japanese version) wasn't allowed to be release in the US until The American version was released...stupid americans.

true enough. i would have to say the american version of 1 was way better then the jap version. I guess if they stya on the same track it should be decent enough to scare some peeps. When i watched the first one it was hella funny seeing over 50% of the theatre on the edge of their seat being scared. good times

Ringu was sooooo bad. I'm not even sure what the story line was about. I'm happy the U.S. one went it's own way.
