Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time & The Warrior Within - two great puzzle strategy games with intertwined fighting of baddies. The story of the first one is better throughout, but the second one has a better figthing engine and the same great puzzles. Warrior Within's story also comes full circle, just a little late in the game and it's alot darker than Sands of time, which actually contained a likeable prince.

Burnout 3 - Car racing with focus on crashing. Sooooo addictive and the racing is only a small portion of the actual game. BIG UPS FOR MAKING CAR RACING FUN EA!!!

Ninja Gaiden - Best game ever. Hard, but definately worth the learning curve. Obviously, you are a ninja. 'Nuff said.

Mortal Kombat: Deception - Sick as fuck. Best MK ever, but once I unlocked everyone, I lost the passion (I love Scorpion). Oh and the live service makes it like an arcade in your living room (Scorpion is too predictable)

Splinter Cell (both) - Amazing, beautiful and slow. Twice these games have frustrated me into stopping gaming for months on end (now I buy other games to prevent that, but march is steadily approaching)

I'm playing the new MechAssault right now, I like it too, but you'd probably have to like the series in order to get into it me thinks...

lol I agree about Splinter Cell, I still haven't finished that game. I haven't touched it since last September. MechAssault is a breeze up until the end.
