YEAH! this movie rocked!....interesting ideas regarding the half breeds (angels,demons) influencing humans. though it did have its share of hollywood fluff, it still manages to convey some cool pseudo-theological concepts.

gavin rosdale came out of nowhere with a sweet performance of a demon. and that creepy hit man guy from 'fargo' played lucifer....he was great as well

and for all you keanu fans out there: yet another brilliant performance using only one metheod of line delivery....MONOTONE.

...and the whole movie is just pure eye candy. great effects and cinematography.

I saw a screening at my old work lol. Whoohoo hook ups.

The movie was pretty much what I expected. Keanu's Oscar worthy imitations of the bored hero, some fun twisted story, girl getting wet haha.

It definitely had its cheesy moment though. Quite a bit of plot holes too.

But yeah, I wasn't expecting something great. I thought their idea of heaven and hell was interesting, and the way they (POSSIBLE SPOILER!!!) traversed to hell.

The previews were fuckin awesome!!!! Sin City looks royal. So did House of Wax (I love cheesy teen slashers). and The Interpretor (interesting movie with Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn).

GOOD CALL on the on the dope trailers! hmmmm...a movie called house of wax starring the waxiest person in show biz,paris hilton? haha

or that new epic about the crusades, is that really a smart idea in this day and age of terrorism to realease a movie that's all about anglo saxon christians waring against islamic arabs?.....or worse choosing prissy orlando bloom(ingdale) to play the lead.
