This maniac and his entertaining/informative chinese cooking show can be seen on the Food Network. The man is completely insane. but the shit he cooks looks awesome. Emeril has nothing on him.

I can't stand Emeril at all. I know alot who agree with me most of them are real cooks. Though I am not one I can't stand the guy.

I think this Yan is the son of the the original cook who had Wok with Yan or whateve rit was called.
