Absolutely wow, thats all I have to say.
Very interesting film to say the least, and it was done so well.

after seeing this movie and describing it to others all i could say was that this movie was "strange". the only reason i really watched this movie is to look at the clubs i went to this past summer, and sure enough i saw cream at amnesia, the same club i saw dj tiesto play at not more than 2 months ago.

aside from the awesome ibiza footage, i dont reccommend this film unless you are stoned, or REALLY bored. i think the movie needed more of the coked up badger kicking frankie wilde's ass, if it werent for those scenes alone i would have stopped watching it.

Ja Raul, don't know why you're so down on the film. I went with 6 or 7 people and we all came out of the theater blown away. Great story, great music, great comic moments... great mixing!

I'd have to agree with dave on this one.

The sound design of the movie was absolutely brilliant, it really needs to be seen in a large theatre to be fully appreciated.

The only way you're going to come close is a nice 5.1 setup.

I saw it at the Paramount on Burrard and it was very entertaining. Great sound there.

im not trying to troll by any means, im just stating my opinion of the movie. my review. true, maybe i needed to see the movie in a theatre to really enjoy it, but still, i judge movies on how consistently entertaining they were. whereas "its all gone pete tong" was sort of up and down, the story was original just because there arent too many movies about the darker side of the music industry (darker side being the drugs, and ridiculous lifestyle, not the genre of "techno")

anyways, i think paul kaye (frankie wilde) did an excellent job acting the role of the coked up dj, and i found frankie's wife to be quite a hottie. i also couldnt find myself feeling sorry for frankie's character from all the stupid shit he did previously in the movie, and i sort of didnt care if he succeeded in his comeback or not. i dont hate the film, im just sayin that i had some problems with it.

if after watching the movie you havent been inspired to go to ibiza and party like they do, then... i dont know. ibiza is the nuttiest place in the world when it comes to partying and great djs, i HIGHLY reccommend everyone to go there if you want to see people like frankie wilde, or the coke badger

i saw the movie this morning hung over and i watched in on a laptop with a shitty stereo system and it was still awesome, i just lvoed the story line, when i get to see it with a nice system and a big t.v; a def 10/10 from me :) sure beats groove haha

Fucking GREAT MOVIE!!, just finished watching it....man...for a lil bit, I put myself in his shoes, and I prolly woulda snapped 10 times harder than he did...I truly felt sorry for the poor guy...anyways...Good Movie, I think it was good how they portrayed his drug problem, not with the Badger, but just like a monster he was battling...Great movie. ***** 5 stars.

It was great, an instant favourite! The story was so awesome and emotional.
It really stirred up some fears about hearing loss thats for sure!

i loved this movie, it was really well done. i'll deffinately be buying this one.

i saw this movie for the first time tonight and loved it.

i thought that it was a wonderful story about overcoming obstacles.

frankie reminded me a lot of beethoven who was also lost his hearing yet continued to make wonderful music.

my favorite part of the movie was when he was in the club w/ his deaf lady friend and he noticed that he could see the vibrations of the music and the beat in his glass, as that was when he realized that there is more to music than just sound. i also loved the end of the movie when frankie was in the classroom with the children teaching them to experince music (l)
