Just got home from the movies, Doom was awesome. So many crazy action scenes, The Rock played another kick ass role. I defenitly reommand seeing this movie.

I think it was better than Resident Evil. Better action scenes andI liked the plot alot more.

Go see Doom!

It was axtually really good. If you are an action fan then you'll enjoy Doom. Plus The Rock kick's so much ass in this movie, its awesome.

I went with some friends to see this on Friday night. I must say that I enjoyed it, but I kinda wish there was more (or at least a longer) scenes that mimicked the game play. I'd like to have seen more of the Doom 'creatures' as well. I think the plot was good, and liked the attitude differences of the characters (The Kid, the loud mouthed guy-what's his name?).
Over all it was pretty good (could've been better but was good all the same). :) Although, the people I was with didn't think so as much- but then again they're all avid computer gamers so that probably had something to do with it.
I think the soundtrack will be good also. NIN's 'Don't You Know What You Are' was played just before and during the credits. :y:
And that's my 2 cents. :D

I actually like him as an actor, he's pretty good. But I wasn't too enthused about his character in Doom. Dunno why.. *shrug*

I actually thought that "the Rock" did a pretty good acting job.
It might be though that he just doesn't come across as a real Villain.

I loved the end part where it went first person (I think I was waiting the whole movie for that).

I'v got to say though, the movie was really good at building suspence.

The Rock is the man. He went from a superstar wrestler to a superstar actor. I just wish he was still in the WWE kicking as every monday night. Although seeing him in movies is kewl, but I think his wrestling skills are better than his acting skills. My favorite movie with TheRock was Walking Tall and my favorite scene was with him kicking ass in the casion with a 2 by 4.

I thought it was a great movie up until the whole first-person-bend-over-and-touch-your-toes-i'm-gonna-fuck-your-tonsils-through-your-asshole scene.Mediocre ending, though I liked the transition of main characters/plot twist thing.
It was suspenseful. It was gory. It had it's funny moments. I'd see it again on video.
