I watched this last night.

you gotta go into it having an open-mind to appreciate it. if you're the critical type, this movie would just suck. A couple of major surprise twists near the end, and the overall plot was alright. I wouldn't mind renting the dvd when it comes out, just to see if there were any deleted scenes or commentary from the director or writers, because there were a few parts of the movie that I felt were left unanswered.

All, in all, I would probably give the movie a B-.

all i wanna know....did it have gore, i was rather dissapointed at the lack of gore in the first

I think the gore factor is just slightly more than the last one, but pretty similar.

and the acting is better than the first.

All around, it was better than the first. What was with the lack of gore? Hahah, just kidding. Much more blood than the first.

I just back from seeing it.
I'm glad I have someone to sleep next to tonight.
Not as good as the first one, but I still liked it enough to be scared shitless right now.

This movie was not scary... it was just disgusting.
I was bored! deffinately was not even entertained. stupid movie...

I hope that doesn't mean i'm "closed-minded".

I was scared at times, more so I just was horrified at the gore... not the worst I have seen but there were some pretty violent sections in it. I haven't seen the first one, but I can catch a jist of what it must have bene like. I will have to see the first one before I rate it compared to Saw, but I would say it wasn't that bad, more than what I expected.

Still have yet to see it. I found the first one alright, definately felt that parts of the first one needed some work (ie: the ending), parts of the first one I felt were a lil bit far fetched, even for this particular genre of movie. We'll see what I think of the 2nd one, I'm going into it with out any preconceptions

Agreed.

Not really scary, lots or gore.

Ending was kind of lame, its like they didn't know what they were going to do with it, not much of a twist like the first one.

Also, they left it open for yet another one.

i really liked this movie. i agree that it wasn't scary, but not all horror movies have to be 'jump in your seat' scary. it was a pretty intense movie. better acting and a twist that was more believable than the first movies twist.
