my only other complain was the gratuitous use of slo-mo action shots for dramatic effect. He did some of this in LOTR too, most notably in the 'king of the dead' scenes in ROTK. not bad if used sparingly, but i thought he went waaay overboard with it in KK.

what i was basically getting at is that this is a movie that obviously requires you to suspend your disbelief quite a bit. i mean if you're willing to accept a giant gorrilla and a lost island filled with savages and dinosaurs and giant worms with teeth then it shouldn't be much of a stretch to believe that people could survive long falls and shoot bugs. you're already going to the movie knowing that you're going to have to believe something unbeleivable, so why not those things too?

Its impossible to pick out any errors from that movie even when the technology has gotten more advanced.
