Well to be fair all they show in that preview is the symbiote spider-man and not really Venom. ALTHOUGH.... if the symbiote is there Venom most likely will be as well!!!!

Well they show Parker in the bell tower ripping the alien costume off. Remember high frequencies drive the symbiote crazy? So my guess is that takes place at the end of the movie and we see Topher Grace (Eddie Brock who becomes Venom) looking up realizing Spiderman is in fact Peter Parker. My guess is the symbiote bonds with Brock at the end of the movie to set it up for the next in the series. I'm pretty sure it'll just be Spiderman wrestling with his darkside for the better part of the movie. Plus we've already got Sandman and the Green Goblin to contend with in this movie, so a third villain would kind of be overdoing it (kind of like how the Batman movie franchise got cheesey in latter movies)
