What originally hooked you into the DJing scene?

The scene was never intriguing to me. I was always motivated by the culture behind the music. In this day and age, I am an oddity amongst the business. I do things for the appropriate reasons. I am Hip Hop.

What type of music do you specialise in?

I will always be an urban format DJ although I am extremely versatile. I constantly rotate through eclectic mixes during my live appearances. I am a chameleon amongst crowds.

I haven't paid for vinyl in years. I am fortunate to be respected amongst the music industry. They support me heavily.

What is your most treasured record and why?

All my vinyls are treasured. My vinyl collection is amongst the foundational elements of my career. When you say record, I think of any title of music whether it is a CD, MP3, or vinyl record. In this day and age, DJs are using Rane Serato amongst other programs. Every aspect of my music archive is precious.
