I dont want to get in the middle of anything, but I know Jim Chou talks to Sean on a regular basis... so I dont see why hes not allowed to use the track. A promo release usually has a certain amount of copies printed, and those copies are sent out to important distributors and people on promo lists to gain exposure for the track. Learning that this track isnt even a promo, can cause some legal mishaps, if the label is really anal however. But from speaking to Sean and a few other people knit into that whole scene of music... I know that Sean and the gang are cool guys. Song ideas get stolen becuase leaked tracks are playlisted on mix's and radio mix's, however this song has been completed and is deffinetaly ready to be released, its just a matter of time. I know I have heard stung on the river on di.fm before, soo all this fuss is just childs play. In the end all demo mixes are for PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY! I would see why Kyo was getting soo angry but I dont see any money being made over this illegally so in the end I see it as some nonsense.

Ps according to the Spundae website, Tyas isnt playing... I think such a night woulda been announced by now.

Now that my commute to work is almost an hour, I've need d/l'ing TONS of mixes to play in my car so I can catch up on the 2yrs i've lost, and I've listened to at least 20-30 trance mixes that were ok, but had no replay value.
