get your facts straight, she was running alongside my truck trying to get me to stop but then ran out of real estate and biffed it all on her own, my truck never "hit" her, she was my girlfriend and i loved her, if i had known that she had fallen i would have turned back, i thought that she just gave up.

Listen dipshit.. you said she fell???? The people that I know of that know her and told me of the extent of the injuries certainly ain't consistant with a "fall".

lets examine the facts.....

1 - you were wasted and trying to fight everything in sight. letting you get in your car to leave would have been stupid and wasting my liability on the likes of you.

2 - you didnt create any scene, you gave fnk something to talk about till next year.

3 - the police report and witness accounts state that your gf at the time was trying to get her shit out of your car and you wouldnt let her, so you sped off and her jacket got caught in the door and you dragged her. then when you tried to make amends with her at the hospital, you asked her to pretend the empty mickey in the bag was hers not yours so you wouldnt get a dui.

the thing about "facts" is that there has to be a reliable source, not some girl embarrassed that she fell on her face in public. She thought that i didnt want anything to do with her, so she said anything to save some face.

so if i "ran" over her and "dragged" her then why when i hit the road block i called her and let her talk to the police officer and she said she was fine and just wanted her bag back. i didnt even get a chance to talk to her the police officer took the phone right away, and he let me on my way

so like i said get your facts straight
