In preparation for Phaze I this weekend, I decided to purge out my fuckup demons by throwing together a whole bunch of recorded sets, listen to what works, figure out what doesn't, learn, adapt, etc.

As a result, I give you:

Please feel free to criticize. I know it's chock-full of tranwrecks and fuckups but I'm still pretty new to this stuff. I had another set I recorded the day before with a lot less technical fuckupery but not as good tracks (I really like the Rex The Dog E Talking track there....)

edit: Thanks for the comments, real-shad... Really appreciate the help from the older wiser and more experience member of Team Shad.... And the enthusiasm for the tracks is good... means I'm on the right track, hopefully. At this point of my DJdom I'm not too concerned with being technically sound... I'm going to suck for a bit. This is inevitable. As long as the music surrounding it though is getting the people dancing, I'm getting the job done.

I found Chemical Bros. feat. K-OS - Get Yourself High really dissapointing. I had really high hopes for that one. Push the button would have been wicked with K-OS vocals on it.

I'm gonna spend the next little while (once I get my turntable/splitmats back from my friend) cleaning up the set so hopefully I can have a bit more of a technically skilled piece together and up there. But in the meantime, people can have a listen at my horrid skillz0rz and choice tunes.
