From what I know, yes they did. Freestylers and Deekline rocked out to a massive party of 4 people on the dancefloor (heard most people stayed upstairs as it was smaller).

But then again, I wasn't there so i can't say for sure.

Yep... I went to the show and both Aston from the Freestylers and Nick (Deekline) did arrive into town on Friday night and DJ'd on Saturday night. Unfortunately there wasn't a good turnout to the show at all.

Stay tuned though as both Deekline and Wizard will be releasing an album in Aprilish timeframe and Twisted will look to bring them back for a proper DJ set and live show. As for The Freestylers, they also will be releasing a new album next year and we will plan to have both Matt and Aston out for a club gig.

that's brutal.......but I'm not surprised for a few reasons.

Most people I know decided they would not be showing any support, as the original line-up that was announced, was completely pulled out of thin air.

They had djs listed on the original line-up that didn't even have a clue they were playing.

It's too bad, I hate to see promoters lose $.

Also 0 lack of communication with local promoters, probably didn't help much. 3 different parties going on the same night. All playing similar styles of music.

I wanted to go, but it did seem a lil suspect to me. I am glad that the people that I would've wanted to see did make it. Too badd about no one really showing up and $ being lost. Haven't seen the Freestyler lol in a minute, and I always enjoy catching Deekline! On a seperate note, that is good news for the new year Kraig!
