I just figured the best/easiest thing for me to do was to switch off to Logic... but if you can convince me otherwise, sure, I'm all ears. ... yeah go with logic, to tell you the truth knowing the way that I'm working now with Live logic would probly be a better bet formyself as well. Oh no wait! Max Msp is intergrated with Live.

your just getting in producing right? If that's the case just learn a couple of synths. Massive, and a Mono syth like Arturia MoogV/MiniMonster which are Mini Moog emulaters. I don't think you would need to start building your own synths/samplers/sound manglers just yet.

Those will keep you busy for a long time.
