You have to respect that even though it's a free party, they have to pay for all the equipment fees, power, security, and DJ costs somehow. That is why you can't bring alchohol in and all this other stuff im guessing. Beer garden pays for it all. Thas how they do it in europe. Tix are free or like 10 bucks to acts like Tiesto and the beer garden makes up for it.
