Promoters : Info for starting threads in this section

ATTENTION ALL PROMOTERS


Just some information in regarding our new system of advertising on www.fnk.ca

We have recently incorporated a new system – Vancouver Featured Events.

For a base rate of $20/month (per event), promoters can inform the members about their upcoming event and allow them to interact with one another and share their enthusiasm.

As we are still perfecting this new system, all the promoters who are interested in this form of advertising are asked to contact us via our contact page, msn, PM, or email. Once contact is made, promoters are then asked to provide payment. When payment is received preparations are made to activate the event thread.

***Payments must be made in full prior to activation of thread.
***If threads are made prior to agreement, they will be temporarily place in our “View Only” sections accordingly. This section is non-interactive, nor will is show up in the “New Posts” listing.

After activation has occurred, and promoters are interested in setting up a mini banner on our main forums page, please provide us (via contact page) with a 200 x 40 pixel static banner in a jpeg format and a link to your thread.

***Mini banners go up in priority sequence.
***Due to high volume, please make an exception that banners might only be up for a week prior to event.

We request that promoters refrain from using the Lounge, Event Roll Call, and other areas of the site to create promotional threads. FNK offers a free calendar service that is accessible to all. If threads are made in these sections, they will be moved into our “View Only” section, or modified appropriately.

All payments can be made via paypal@fnk.ca , or made in person.

You can stick your event at the top of the "Vancouver Featured" section for $5/day (minimum 7 days).

Only THREE spots will be open at any given time.
