so long as it's people on decks and not just people poppin in CDs and hitting play it's all good.
you know what'd be cool is one of those parks that have those big picnic areas, you know with like overhangs and seatign for 30 people or more? Bring a small generator and set up in one of those...there's lots of grills there to use just bring your own stuff, and there's usually pools at some parks too... Granted this would have to be a day thing to pull off in a park but i dunno, i think it'd be a different idea having something liek that done in a park (inthe summer). |

yeah, we would have to wait till the summer for that one! Plus, then Id have to find someone with a generator willing to lend!
Ive looked into something like that though, it may have to have a $5 cover to pay for the renting of the area we would use. But Im still looking for other areas! We will stick with a small backyard one (RSVP of course!) and see how it turns out! There will definatly be ppl on the deck! |

I would love to come... any raves/events in chilliwack are good! More things for bored ppl to do out here, the better... I have casually looked into throwing a rave out here as well, and there are a couple of places that may allow you to.. mainly small halls in outer districts (such as one in Greendale - I can't remember the name of it, though). Anyways, good idea!

they key is finding halls that allow events that run all/late into the night before, and just put on a professional face with them and show them you've done your homework and interested in doing an event there. But yea, find places that have done all night/late into the night before, it gets you past convincing them to run into the wee hours which is a first critical step.
