down-size-ing PIC-CHAS??

Question? if NEone could help it'd be much appreciated!!!

HOW DO U DOWNSIZE pictures on paint? I wanted to post this picture but it's HHHUUUGGGGEE. I tried makeing it smaller but than it would cut out 1/2 the picure...only leaving 1/2 of the face....i'm soo muthafuckn frustrated right now...GGGRRRRR...I'm gonna kick 'paints' ass....:017:

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT...gotcha. maybe that's why i'm not allowed to use sharp scissors to this day...only the rounded edge Crayola ones for ME.

ha..that's funny...reminds me of this kid i used to know who attacked our teacher with a pair of scissors in like grade 5..that was fucked up...tried to stab him and shit...it was crazy..the teacher was a big guy too and he had a tough time with him...pretty nuts...
