Well i guess you could go View->Page Source

Then look for the embed tag that plants the ad on the page should have a file.swf tag. Then you could goto the .swf page, save page as. Then use the same embed tag/upload the .swf file somewhere then and paste that code on one of your own pages to show that same ad.
