Some people from my work organize it. I guess they have done it in years past and it sounds like a gong show.
Rules:
1) You have to wear golf attire and a golf glove
2) Each bar is a 'hole', and has a designated drink that you need to finish. Your score is the number of sips it takes to finish the drink
3) Some holes have special rules where you have to drink with the left hand ect... violation of said rules result in a $10 fine going towards the communal food pot on the last hole
4) If you are going to vomit, you must yell 'four' or score a double par on the hole
5) Rowdyness is encouraged, so if you get the boot from any bar it results in a hole-in-zero for that hole.

Add all those up and you'll have a drunken golfer at the party tomorrow!
