World of Warcrack players

Since I'm hopefully heading out to the bush in less than a month, I've decided to buckle down and get into WoW. I'm going to have a lot of time on my hands and I'll need something to do other than reading/writing and jamming.

Just one question though: If I buy my own account, I'm told I'll need a CD key to register the account... is this true? Can't I just use my little brother's copy?

You need to buy the game and install it like any other game. Then in order to play you need to pay a monthly fee to gain access to the world.

There's already a copy of it on the computer.. just don't have the old CD Key anymore.

The problem is, do I need a unique CD Key to register a new account? Or can I just use my little brother's CD Key?

No, I dont believe you need another CD Key if its already installed. You just need to get a new account.

You can install using anyone's cds. All you need is those prepaid WoW subscription cards or your credit card and you are good.

I know, I know. I've pretty much abandoned computer games.. I stick to consoles mostly, but I can't take the 360 out to the bush so I might as well take a laptop and a game all my friends play. My job is going to to be way too slack to be productive all the time.
