sometimes ill smoke an unlit smoke, and it actually helps cravings. it only works if i put it back in the pack tho, cuz if its sitting there staring at me all unsmoked i have to smoke it

mmm pancakes!

I just bought some organic whole wheat and honey pancake mix and pure (no preservatives) raspberry syrup.

I can't wait until breakfast tomorrow!
