Roomate for my brother?

My brother needs to move out by the end of November and is looking for a good/reliable room mate and a place to rent. He is primarily looking for a place close to Vancouver/Burnaby, but is pretty easy.

He is 21 and has a solid job as contractor(water proofing) and training to be a personal trainer. He is easy going and not a party animal, but not a nerd.

If anyone is looking for a room mate or knows of someone you can recommend to match up... please let me know.

Not everyone on here is a raver. And not everyone on here has exclusively raver friends. I see where she was going with trying to find someone she knows over a stranger.
