Since you're so into my personal life my parents are divorced, we don't have a basement, yes i do miss my dog, i paint trains every week(everyone needs a hobby), and i have a good job and future.:worried:

If you think I hand out flyers you're pretty mislead. I deal with artist booking and development, I plan and compile fundraisers on a weekly basis, and make sure our public donations are being dealt with in the right manner.

I'd say on a whole I'm doing ok with the rest of the world.

What was that you _just_ said about assuming things?

I'm making bill payments left right and center, so my credit rating is climbing. A down payment is fine, but if you don't have the credit to back it up no bank will give you a mortgage.

And you guys _really_ need to learn the difference between a promoter and a manager. Jim's the guy who the promoters have to deal with to get the club. There's a world of difference between someone who manages promotions for an established business and someone who hands out flyers as a hobby.
