Separate usergroup, add her.

if statement of usergroup = cuteanimals AND cuteanimaltoggle = true
display rand cute animal

else
display post content.

I don't know if there's an easier way, I never did much vbul work other than adminning.

just change the ignore tags to display random stuff. But the idea of having ignore toggles AND cute animal toggles would just be funnier.
