I don't know how you do it for so long at a time. Seriously man. 2+ weeks of not drinking in this town has dragged on forever. The hangovers are the key to passing time in this frozen Hell.

I now think managing to not drink in Fort Nelson is more rockstar than partying all the time. Trooper style.

not drinking when you live in a small town, during winter, is next to impossible for me. unless its summer time(you can go do tones of stuff in the summer). im proud of you! i lived in jasper and nelson. i was basically drinking everyday back then.

I haven't played metal in years, but I'll start again tonight. I went out and jammed with McKinnon a few weeks ago... played bass. Managed to slap my way through Master of Puppets... the knuckle on my thumb is still healing. Blood everywhere that night.

26 days since my last drink, my good man. And I just guaranteed another six weeks of it because I leave for the Territories on Monday mourn.
