If anyone here deserves shout outs, it's the promoters, the REAL promoters.

AND IF ANYBODY THINKS THAT I'M JUST WRITING THIS JUST TO SUCK SOME DICK, WELL THEN...TOO BAD FOR ME...I'M NOT LOSING SLEEP OVER IT !!!

Back to the topic at hand. For those of you who remember, "raving" in Vancity use to be a muther-fuckin' fun thing to do, it was truely an event. Something that people looked forward to for weeks!!! Unfortunately those days are gone

This post is not to discuss why things got so wack in the scene....we'll save that for another day.

This post is to recognize all those individuals, that like so many of us, have refused to forget the great experiences that the party scene was able to bring to so many of us.

I've got to give shouts to Stanley, The Shy Brothers, to Twisted, Scotty-Oh (personally theses are the people that I've had the pleasure of working with, but there are so many others that go without mention or recognition, so please feel free to add to my very very short list... :keebler: ) :tounge1:

In my personal opinion, I believe that these promoters have tried really hard to consistently bring quality parties to the 604 (and surrounding areas). PROPS!!!!

No matter what YOUR :smoke1: opinion of these people are, at least they are trying to keep the experience fun for all involved, and that is the whole point!.....

NOT TO KEEP IT REAL!!!! .....or..... KEEP IT OLD-SKOOL STYLE....or any of that shit. Partying is about having fun, period.

forget politics for a second, forget about if you think that their last party didn't have enough underground D'N'B, or enough TRUE BREAKS.....when your trying to throw a party for hundreds or even thousands of people in one night, considereing ALL the $$$$ costs $$$$, people, and logistics involved :284: , they do an all-around good job.

So I say give these people a hand, they work really hard :284: to bring everyone a good party.

So in closing, for all you haters who are reading this, consider this, if you think I'm completely full of shit, and just trying to suck some dick writing this. " Then I ask you, can you do a better job ?!? "

^^^ Yes mad props to AGRO and all those other promoters in the 604 throwing club nights, massives and underground shows to keep our nightlife as fun as possible around the cities constraints.
